If you are not satisfied with your order, please inform the delivery driver or our staff before accepting the items.

Our team will contact you as soon as possible to address your concerns. Please note that once your order has been delivered or collected and accepted, we are no longer liable for any issues with the purchase.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
• For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time cannot be refunded or changed, as preparations for your order will already be in progress.
